PAYMENT:

Services ordered for groups or individuals are confirmed after the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 10%. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations for which the total tour price has not been paid by the due date. No group nor individual shall be handled if by the start of the tour, the payment is not yet received
Payments can be made by swift wire transfer to Global Bush Travel and Tourism agency account.

Any cancellation of reservations by tour operators or others must be made in writing and it involves the payment of charges that vary with the date of the cancellation :

A non-refundable 10% cancellation fee applies to all booking under deposit. If a booking is cancelled between 60-30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 25% of total price per person applies. For cancellation made 30-11 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50%  total price  applies. No refund is possible for cancellation-received 10 days or less prior to commencement of tours,

All quotes are provided on the basis of two persons sharing a room. Single supplements are billed for individuals wishing to occupy a room alone. Quotes do not include bottled drinks of all sorts nor expenses of a general or personal nature such as telephone, laundry, extras, etc, and airport taxes (500 FCFA for each domestic flight and 10000 FCFA for each international flight)

Your final documents , Invoice ,vouchers , including final itinerary, air tickets (if you purchased an air/land package) and general information will be forwarded (E-mail/Fax/Post) approximately 3 weeks prior to departure.

GLOBAL BUSH TRAVEL AND TOURISM AGENCY, their agents or servants shall not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any delay or change in any domestic or international flight,

Our responsibilty is to make sure the passenger visits Cameroon sites or attractions booked for or accommodation in hotels with similar standards. Any extra costs involved due to these alterations fall on the passenger.

All citizens traveling to Cameroon require valid passports, valid for the duration of your trip. Your Global Bush Tourism Agency may assist you in obtaining a visa. All passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and other travel documents. Please also remember to check your visas, since some visas are issued with specific travel dates.

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance. Policies are available to cover loss or damage to your luggage, medical needs certain travel-related accidents and expenses if you must cancel your trip, consult your travel agent.
